Yoga has been a central part of Elizabeth's life since her initiation to Iyengar yoga in her mid 20s with Felicity Green. She regularly attends workshops both nationally and internationally in order to continue her on-going study of asana, pranayama and yoga philosophy. With a background in massage and family therapies, Elizabeth's teaching is sensitive, focused and informed. She holds an introductory level ll certification. Elizabeth resides both in Vancouver and on Mayne Island where she founded and directs The Yoga House. She is a compassionate and devoted teacher who enjoys the balance of Island tranquility and urban sophistication.
