Deborah has been a student of Iyengar Yoga since 1987. She began teaching in 1991 and has since obtained her Junior Intermediate I Certification. She studied at RIMYI, Pune, India in 2002 and is preparing to return for studies in July 2005. Deborah continues to teach Iyengar Yoga at Kelowna Yoga House where she is currently President of the Board of Directors. She also teaches blind and visually impaired children in School District 23.
