Carol was a student of Maureen and Bruce Carruthers in the late 70s and trained through an apprenticeship program.

She has studied at the Ramani Iyengar Memorial Institute and conventions with the Iyengars. On an ongoing basis Carol participates in workshops with International Senior Iyengar Teachers. Maureen, meditation, massage and life have instilled qualities of compassion and kindness in Carol's teaching.

In addition to yoga classes Carol has taught meditation groups and workshops. She is currently a registered massage therapist and teaches classes in meditation and yoga.

Currently Carol lives and teaches in Sechelt.
