2007 Iyengar Yoga Classes Information

Classes listed are taught by teachers who are teaching in the Iyengar tradition in accordance with International Iyengar Yoga teaching standards and as regulated by the Iyengar Yoga Association of Canada (IYAC). Teachers listed are Certified Iyengar Yoga teachers and are Full Members of the IYAC and the B.K.S. Iyengar Yoga Association (Vancouver).

Certification Mark
The certification mark is a registered trademark granted to those teachers who have been trained and approved by National Certification Boards. Endorsed by B.K.S. Iyengar, the certification mark denotes the teachers's authenticity and commitment to the Iyengar system of Patanjali's astanga yoga. All certified Iyengar yoga teachers are required to take out this certification mark in accordance with the wishes of B.K.S. Iyengar. Only certified teachers of the Iyengar method have the privilege of using the Certification Mark (registered trade mark) on their credentials. This is to ensure proper standards of training and accountability are achieved and maintained.
